High-Speed Grape Cut-Grafting Harvesting Robot
Model:
Product Description
Horizontal-pergola grape orchards with ~1.5–3.0 m row spacing, clusters concentrated at ~1.8–2.0 m and basic access lanes; tolerates pergola construction errors, ground undulation, peduncle-length variation, lighting changes and foliage occlusion; suits Kyoho, Summer Black, Shine Muscat and other table grape varieties for large-scale harvesting, and adapts to different pergolas via arm-base and catching-height adjustment
Overview
An intelligent harvesting platform built for horizontal-pergola table grape orchards. The electric tracked chassis carries a six-joint robotic arm, a disc-blade end effector, an RGB-D depth vision system, a floating lift fruit bin and a master-slave coordinated control system, covering fruit cluster recognition & positioning, picking sequence planning, rapid peduncle cutting, buffer catching and travel-picking. Centered on “vision-based targeting, continuous cut-catching, coordinated travel-picking and low-damage harvesting”, it replaces clip-cut robots that rely on precise peduncle positioning and single-fruit round-trip transport. Multi-fruit rapid recognition, large-tolerance disc-blade cutting, non-return cyclic picking and adaptive bin lifting deliver high-speed, continuous, low-damage harvesting — solving heavy labor, seasonal labor shortages and the low efficiency of existing picking robots.
Features
High-Speed Continuous Cut-Catching
Disc-blade cutting + bottom bin catching eliminates fruit-cluster clamping and round-trip dropping for non-return continuous picking
Large-Tolerance Disc Cutting
The blade’s cutting radius creates a wide-tolerance cutting zone, reducing dependence on hand-eye calibration and positioning accuracy; cutting-height constraints protect the pergola net and grape clusters
Floating Catching, Low-Damage Harvesting
Catching height auto-adjusts to cluster height and arm-end pose; buffered bin bottom and inner walls shorten the falling distance, reducing shattering and collision damage
Easy Operation, High Adaptability
App control, power-on self-check, one-button start, manual/auto mode switching, alarm shutdown and resume operation; single-arm single-camera modular architecture lowers cost and eases maintenance, blade replacement and upgrades
All-Weather Operation
Performs reliably under direct light, backlight and nighttime supplementary lighting
Benefits
Value 1
Lifts harvesting throughput to thousands of clusters per hour, drastically reducing farmers’ high-intensity repetitive work of looking up, holding fruit and bending to pack, and easing “labor shortage, high wages, short harvest window” during concentrated ripening
Value 2
High-speed cut-catching, low-damage catching and continuous travel-picking shorten the harvest cycle and cut labor and overdue losses
Value 3
The modular, low-cost single-arm single-camera solution is ready for productization and batch adoption, driving pergola grape production toward mechanized, intelligent, large-scale operations
