Four-arm High-speed Kiwifruit Harvesting Robot

型号:

产品描述

Pergola-style kiwifruit orchards with fruit concentrated at ~1.6–1.9 m and basic access lanes; the tracked chassis adapts to orchard dirt roads and moderate slopes, while vision + lighting support both daytime and nighttime operation

概述

An intelligent harvesting platform built for pergola-style kiwifruit orchards. The tracked chassis carries four picking arms, a four-channel RGB-D vision system, LiDAR and an industrial control unit, covering fruit recognition & positioning, multi-arm task planning, robotic picking, fruit conveying and autonomous travel. Centered on “four-arm parallel operation, multi-view perception, autonomous navigation and one-button operation”, it overcomes heavy labor, high cost and the limited efficiency of single-arm robots, enabling continuous, high-efficiency harvesting in pergola kiwifruit orchards.

产品特点

Four-Arm Parallel Operation

Four arms work in synergy and allocate tasks by fruit position for higher picking throughput per unit of time

Multi-View Perception

Four RGB-D cameras deliver target recognition, 3D positioning and arm-operation guidance

Autonomous Continuous Operation

Tracked differential chassis + LiDAR enable autonomous travel, positioning and non-stop picking

One-Button Autonomous Operation

Unified task scheduling coordinates start-up, self-check, picking, movement and exception handling

All-Weather Operation

Performs reliably under direct light, backlight and nighttime supplementary lighting

Modular Design

Arms, vision, chassis and control are modular for easy maintenance, upgrades and adaptation to different orchards

产品优势

Value 1

Multi-arm parallel picking plus autonomous travel significantly boosts harvesting efficiency and continuity while reducing manual labor and cost
